Lunch will be available at all sporting venues. Local associations will be running either BBQ’s or opening Canteens for the duration of the games.

Spirit of the Games

There will be no presentation of Awards at each sporting event. There will  be one award given for each sport as this event is experience driven not results focused and this will be sent to the team that is voted to display the ‘Spirit of the Games’. The winning team will receive a prize, with all runners up in each sport will receive certificates.

The Spirit of the Sport Certificates will be presented to the team that displays excellent sportsmanship on the field, behaviour off it and will be voted by all team managers, referees and sport conveners across the weekend.

Social Media Competitions

A social media competition will be running the whole weekend.

We will be running a social media competition throughout the weekend with certificates awarded to one team from each sport with the best “Spirit of the Games” photo posted to Facebook or Instagram with the NPG account tagged and with the hashtag #2022NPG. The overarching winner will receive a prize, with the runners up in each sport to receive certificates.

There will be an official NPG photographer who will be taking action and still shots over the weekend.
